You Are An Overcomer

Life can be filled with great challenges. Some can be very overwhelming in fact, and cause you to feel like you will never overcome them. 

God wants you to know that no matter the challenge- great or small- the Greater One is with you. He who dwells within you has already overcome every challenge that you may be facing right now. You are an overcomer because of Him. 

"Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world, " (1 John 4:4).

The Spirit of God, which abides within you, is greater than anything that could ever come your way.  No matter how difficult. Your God is greater than the most difficult situation. 

Sickness? He's greater than that.

Trouble in your marriage? He's greater than that.

Never forget who you are. You are a child of the Most High God.  And never, ever forget, who dwells on the inside of you.   The Greater One Himself. 

It is so amazing to know that the very same Spirit, that raised Jesus from the dead abides on the inside of you. The Spirit of Power and Might. The Spirit of Peace and Comfort. 

You don't have to walk in fear, worry or doubt because your very life is in His hands. Just remember that there is an awesome power residing within you. 

"But you shall receive power (ability, efficiency, and might) when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you shall be My witnesses in Jerusalem and all Judea and Samaria and to the ends (the very bounds) of the earth,"  (Acts 1:8 AMP).

God has given you His Spirit to empower you and cause you to be an effective witness for Him.  He equips you so that you can "preach" the gospel with power.

Preach?  Uh-oh. 

Now, when I say preach, I'm not talking about you standing behind a podium with a mic in your hand (You can relax now). But, I'm talking about your very life "preaching" the good news and making Him known. 

Do not forget your assignment. You are the one, chosen and handpicked of God Himself to be a witness for Him.

You are to show others how He walked through your walk.  Your lifestyle. You are to show others how He talked, as you talk.  It's about communicating Jesus. Everyday.  In all that you do.

What an awesome privilege we have. To be one chosen, anointed and raised up to preach the gospel with our lives.

God desires to fill the Earth with the knowledge of His glory.  It's all about making Him known because the gospel must be preached. 

The Apostle Paul talks about the glorious gospel in Romans 1:16-17.  He says, "For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek. For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, The just shall live by faith." 

The gospel of Christ is powerful and effective. Because the delivering power of the gospel sets free from bondage and sin.  It sets free from sickness, disease, poverty, and depression.  All bondage. There is power in the gospel of Jesus Christ. Power that enables you to overcome. And, that very power resides within you. 

You are equipped to be an effective witness. What are you waiting for?

It's all about lives being gloriously transformed by the gospel that you preach with your life. It's about seeing families being restored.  It is about daily walking in the overcoming power of the glorious gospel and telling someone else, "Hey, you are already an overcomer because of God's grace."  And showing them, what an overcomer, one that simply chose to believe, looks like. 

Release it. Don't hold back any more. Rise up and be about the Father's business. 

Cast your cares upon Him and don't allow anything to hold you back. You have already overcome because He has overcome all things. 

See yourself daily as an overcomer empowered by the One who has already overcome the world.
